We came to this country as a first generation immigrant family with little more than a dream and the recipes passed down through generations. Hacienda La Paloma was born from a simple belief — that food made with love brings people together.
Since 1985, we have called Mount Kisco home, and we have spent every year since learning how to please our neighbors and share the culinary heritage of Mexico with them.
